About this Species
Morpho theseus is quite different from the typical bright blue Morphos. It features broad wings with elegant silver-grey and brownish iridescent patterns, providing excellent camouflage while maintaining the regal stature of the Morphidae family.
Habitat
Inhabits the high canopy of primary rainforests and sub-Andean regions of Peru.
