1. Brand and Identity

Welcome to Kukusa. 'Kukusa' is the trade name used by Max Dicson Condor Fernandez for this catalog and commercial activity based in Tingo Maria, Peru.

Max Dicson Condor Fernandez is responsible for stock management, logistics coordination, shipping, and buyer communication related to specimens.

2. Ethics and Legal Export (SERFOR)

All specimens showcased and sold through authorized marketplaces are legally sourced and exported. Required permits issued by SERFOR (National Forest and Wildlife Service of Peru) are maintained for international exports of preserved butterfly specimens.

3. Logistics and Returns

Because preserved butterflies are fragile and international wildlife transport is regulated, all sales are considered final after dispatch from Peru.

There is no right to return, refund, or exchange once a package has been exported or shipped from Peru. By purchasing through authorized marketplace listings, you agree to these terms.

4. External Marketplaces

This website functions as a catalog and reference platform. Final purchases are completed through approved marketplace listings (for example Etsy or eBay). If a payment dispute occurs, marketplace buyer policies apply together with these Terms of Service.
