1. Brand & Identity

Welcome to Kukusa. Please understand that 'Kukusa' is an alias and brand name used by Max Dicson Condor Fernandez to represent our collection from the Peruvian Jungle (Tingo Maria).

Max Dicson Condor Fernandez is the sole person responsible for managing stocks, conducting logistics, making shipments, and handling all contact and inquiries regarding the specimens.

2. Ethics & Legal Export (SERFOR)

Every single specimen showcased and sold through our authorized marketplaces is legally sourced and exported. Max Dicson Condor Fernandez holds the required and authorized permits from SERFOR (the National Forest and Wildlife Service of Peru) to legally conduct international shipping of exotic butterfly specimens.

3. Logistics and Return Policy

Given the extremely fragile and delicate nature of preserved exotic butterflies, as well as the complicated legal regulations surrounding international wildlife transport, all sales are final.

THERE IS NO RIGHT TO RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN EXPORTED OR SHIPPED out of Peru. By making a purchase through our exterior marketplace profiles, you accept and agree to these terms.

4. Exterior Marketplaces

We act exclusively as a catalog. Final purchases must be completed on our approved marketplace listings (e.g., Etsy, eBay). In cases of a payment gateway dispute, the specific marketplace's buyer policies will apply alongside these Terms of Service.
