Return and Exchange Policy

This policy explains how Kukosa handles returns, exchanges and issue reports for preserved butterfly specimens shipped from Peru.

1. Final sale policy

Due to the fragile nature of preserved butterfly specimens and the regulated handling of wildlife-related materials, all sales are considered final once an order is confirmed and dispatched from Peru.

Kukosa does not accept general returns for non-defective products, buyer remorse, customs delays, address errors provided by the buyer, or changes of preference after shipment.

2. Exchanges

Kukosa does not accept product exchanges after dispatch. Each specimen is unique, fragile and prepared according to current availability.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If a package arrives visibly damaged, incomplete or incorrect, the buyer must contact Kukosa as soon as possible with clear photographs of the package, label, protection materials and affected specimen.

Kukosa will review each case individually and may provide guidance, documentation support or a practical resolution when the issue is confirmed and attributable to packing or fulfillment.

4. International shipping and export limits

Orders are shipped from Peru and may be subject to customs review, import rules, biological material restrictions or local buyer responsibilities in the destination country.

Shipping times, customs procedures and import requirements are outside Kukosa's direct control once the package has been handed to the carrier or export process.
