About this Species
Eurema arbela is one of the many 'grass yellows'. It is small but extremely active, flitting low over flowering herbs. Its presence in Peru is an indicator of healthy, diverse grasslands and meadow ecosystems.
Habitat
Common in low-altitude grasslands, pastures, and disturbed forest patches across northern Peru.
